‘miracle on ice’ gold medal up for sale

A gold medal won by American hockey players at 1980 Olympic Games is about to be auctioned.
Mark Pavelich, a college kid, was helping the United States. S.
The victory over the Soviet Union was the sale of his medal in the \"Miracle on Ice\" competition.
Pavelich says he is not auctioning it because of financial difficulties, but because he wants to help his children.
According to Fox News, he is auctioning it through a Heritage auction, which will use the online and email auction system.
The bid for the Pavelich medal will begin at $62,500.
Only one medal was sold in the competition.
It sold to a private buyer for $40,000, and then the buyer auctioned the buyer for $310,000 in 2010.
